All shipments are handled through trusted premium carriers and fully insured until delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. During high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the billing information must match the payment method used for the order.

Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.

If shipping to your destination is available at checkout, Lucentset currently ships to your country.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply in accordance with local regulations and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Lucentset is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Lucentset remains responsible for the shipment until confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or marked with a carrier exception during transit, Lucentset will work directly with the carrier to initiate an investigation and assist with resolution in accordance with carrier and insurance policies.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless reported within the notification period specified in our policies.
