LUCENTSET WARRANTY TERMS

WARRANTY PERIOD

All Lucentset jewelry is covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and material defects, including:

. Structural manufacturing faults
. Defects in craftsmanship
. Gold purity inconsistencies
. Defects in gemstone setting or material quality
. Abnormal deterioration of white gold rhodium plating under normal use

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:
. Normal wear and tear
. Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
. Loss, theft, or improper storage
. Damage caused by misuse, impact, or negligence
. Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, water, or cleaning agents contrary to care instructions
. Unauthorized repairs, resizing, modifications, or alterations carried out by third parties

WARRANTY REMEDIES

If a covered defect is confirmed following inspection, Lucentset may, at its discretion:

. Repair the product free of charge
. Replace the item with the same or a comparable product
. Issue a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

Nothing in this warranty limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

. Proof of purchase
. The original warranty card where applicable
. Clear details and images of the issue

All items are subject to inspection by Lucentset before any warranty service is approved.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
